- Check water fill – HOT, WARM,
COLD – check for leaks
- Give consumer Use & Care guide,
review Table of Contents; explain customer assistance 800#
- Show customer location of Model,
serial # tag
With the consumer, CHECK AND
EXPLAIN (If equipped)
Bleach dispenser
- Agitator functions (2 piece)
- Manually advance to DRAIN and check
drain
- Open lid for at least 3 seconds to
stop SPIN cycle and explain "shift" sound and listen for "spray rinse
- Complete final check for leaks
Ask consumer to fill out
