How to narrow down your search

1. Enter a keyword based upon the information that you are looking for.

2. For Example, if you would like information about a leaking refrigerator, you would simply
enter "leaking AND refrigerator" or just "leaking". Be sure to seperate each word in your search
by using AND (be sure AND is in all capitals). Using multiple keywords will give you a more specific result.

3. Use wildcard characters, for example, gas* (finds all documents containing the word "gas"
or close to "gas" like "glass")

4. Enclose phrases in double quote ("), for example "access valve".

5. Click Search

How to expand your search

1. Type in your chosen keyword, for example, "leaky" and check the "word variance" box at the bottom
of the search page. By selecting "word variance", your search results will have all words that are similar
to "leaky" such as, "leaking", "leaks", or "leak".

2. Click Search.

To search again

1. Click and hold your mouse over the text in the search box.

2. Hit the delete key or the backspace key.

3. Enter in your new keywords or phrase.

4. Click Search.
