Registration Instructions for Servicers or IHSPs:

Note: If you are
using a pop-up blocker, you will need to disable it before entering Brand Academy.
Click on the
Brand Academy Icon below or
Go to
http://whirlpoolcorp-brandacademy.com
Click on the Independent Account Brand Academy icon.
Click on the link Create New Account at the bottom of the login area.
Fill in your User Information, creating a login ID and password. You must
use a valid email address. *See the note below for login and password rules.
*Enter your servicer number in the employee pin field. If you are not an
authorized servicer, enter 47000 in the PIN field.
Click on Next at the bottom of the page.
Next, Click on the plus (+) sign in front of Independent Accounts US. (do
not check this box)
Put a check in the box in front of IHSP only.
Click on Create at the bottom of the screen.
Once you are logged in, courses can be found under the Learning Center,
Course Catalog, You can search by brand and/category or view all courses in
the catalog by leaving the search text field blank and clicking on search.
(To view the service courses, enter ihsp in the search field)
Information for creating a Login and Password:
Login ID:
Minimum 4 characters; maximum 20 characters
Can only contain numbers, letters (upper and lowercase)
Password:
Minimum 6 characters; maximum 20 characters
Can only contain numbers, letters (upper and lowercase)
